Subtrair é tão difícil

Fundamental esta coragem, "iPod Shuffle could be about to killed by Apple".
.
"Subtraction is hard to accomplish but essential to success. You have to be as committed to subtraction as you are addition.

Back in the early 1980s, Carlzon turned around an ailing Scandinavian Air and made it the premier European business traveler airline. He did it by honing in on the routes, planes, and services important to business travelers.[Moi ici: Primeiro, identificar os clientes-alvo] Simultaneously, and in spite of much criticism and admonition, he subtracted what wasn’t important to business travelers. [Moi ici: Os clientes-alvo] He dumped long-held routes, grounded and sold wrong-size planes, and curtailed irrelevant services. If tour groups and tourists wanted to use SAS, that was fine, but his investments went almost exclusively toward what he called “good business”—in his case, the business traveler market. Carlzon’s unambiguous laserlike decisions made SAS sharply focused and clearly branded."
Não esquecer "Eu não faria nada de diferente"
