Acerca da monitorização dos processos (parte II)

Vamos realizar um Workshop subordinado ao tema "Indicadores de Monitorização dos Processos" em Lisboa no próximo dia 20 e em Aveiro no próximo dia 27 de Janeiro (pormenores aqui).

Quando comparamos a ISO 9001:2008 com a ISO 9001:2015 podemos identificar várias diferenças. Consideremos duas:

os riscos e as oportunidades (6.1.1);
a referência explícita a indicadores de desempenho associados a cada processo (4.4.1 c))

Entretanto, a ISO 900=:2015 define risco como o efeito da incerteza num resultado esperado.
